Service Process

Initial Assessment
    The therapist collects information about the client's current circumstances, personal history, and treatment goals. This helps establish a treatment plan tailored to the client's needs.
Establishing Goals
    Based on the assessment, the therapist and client collaboratively set specific, measurable goals for the therapy process.

Exploration and Insight
  In a safe environment, clients explore their thoughts, beliefs, and life experiences. Through reflective listening, anxiety, vegan communication, or mental health concerns.
Skill Building
    Clients using skills and techniques to stress, anxiety, communication issues, other mental health concerns. These include mindfulness practices, and boundary-setting exercises.
Building Self Confidence
    Through self-help techniques, clients cultivate self-awareness, self-compassion, and self-acceptance. Through validation, positive reinforcement, and encouragement, clients learn to challenge negative self-talk and build a stronger sense of self-worth.
Monitoring Progress
   Throughout the therapy process, the therapist regularly reviews progress toward established goals. Adjustments to the treatment plan may be based on client feedback and evolving needs.
